RSG stands as a key player in Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. As one of the Kingdom’s five official giga projects, RSG is currently developing two major projects, The Red Sea and AMAALA destinations, along with 12 other distinct projects along the Red Sea coast.

Opportunity

With several tenders already in the market, opportunities exist across all phases of the development, from the commercial components of the project such as hospitality, residential, retail and entertainment to concessions for utility infrastructure, power generation, transportation and other hard infrastructure.
Additional opportunities exist for service providers across the full scope of the development and operation of the destination, from contracting on the many individual assets that will make up the site to providing guest-related services and tourism experiences.
We are also identifying partners for the provision of community services to support the tens of thousands of employees and dependents that will live at the destination. Opportunities exist across education, healthcare, and public services, among others.

Our dedicated in-house procurement team will assess applications, provide support and send tenders to relevant prequalified companies.

Benefits

We are developing a regulatory framework that comprises innovative policies and strategies to facilitate our ambitious sustainability and regeneration commitments. This includes the regulation of fisheries, removal of invasive species in the area, conservation zones and the expansion of green and blue habitats to encourage regeneration and carbon sequestration.

We’ve invested heavily in innovative construction methods such as off-site manufacturing while we are using sustainable products and materials, for example green concrete.

Supplier Code of Conduct

Suppliers have a duty and personal commitment to uphold our common ideals, as set out in our Code of Conduct, which will enable us to continue to prosper while keeping our reputation of a high standard of integrity and ethics. The Code of Conduct contains the policies that relate to the legal and ethical standards of conduct that suppliers are expected to comply with while carrying out their fiduciary duties and responsibilities to us.
This Code is intended to help suppliers focus on areas of ethical risk, provide guidance to recognize and deal with ethical issues, provide mechanisms to report unethical conduct, and to help foster a culture of honesty and accountability. As part of a vendor’s registration process, we require you to sign and return the Code.

Suppliers have a duty and personal commitment to uphold our common ideals, as set out in our Code of Conduct, which enables us to continue to prosper while keeping our reputation of a high standard of integrity and ethics.

The Code of Conduct contains policies that relate to the legal and ethical standards of conduct that suppliers are expected to comply with while carrying out their fiduciary duties and responsibilities to us.

This Code is intended to help suppliers focus on areas of ethical risk, provide guidance to recognize and deal with ethical issues, provide mechanisms to report unethical conduct, and help foster a culture of honesty and accountability.

As part of a vendor’s registration process, we require you to sign and return the Code.

Please note: pre-qualification is not a guarantee of future business with RSG.
To become an RSG supplier, provide details of your products and services on our vendor registration portal. Once submitted, an RSG representative will contact you for any necessary clarifications.
The approval process by the procurement team typically takes about a week following company registration.
Registered and qualified companies automatically receive tenders for their specific category.
Registered suppliers gain access to RSG’s planned procurement pipeline. Be aware that this pipeline may change.
A physical presence in Saudi Arabia is not always necessary, depending on the service provided. However, having an agent or office in the Kingdom could be advantageous. There's no requirement for potential partners to be partly or fully owned by a Saudi national or entity.
RSG welcomes companies from around the world, including those without prior experience in the Kingdom or region. However, international experience is preferred.
While materials produced in the Kingdom are preferable, RSG recognizes that some products, equipment, and materials can only be produced outside the region.
RSG does not charge fees to receive or participate in its tenders. In most cases, vendors are not required to submit tender bonds.
